Our family business journey began with a direct selling company founded by Theo Britz and Joan Britz in 1974. The products sold were primarily household glassware and ceramic dinnerware with their sales force going door-to-door selling and hosting home parties. Their business grew significantly until their direct selling business became a major importer of glassware in the RSA. Eventually the business was sold to a public company and listed on the Johannesburg stock exchange.

In May 1994, Greg britz opened a new family business, Select Product Sourcing and changed the method of operations to manufacturers’ representatives for foreign-based glassware factories. Select product Sourcing is now in its 30th year of operation and we are also a 3rd generation family business.
